🚫 Made-to-Order Items

Because each lamp is custom-made just for you, we generally cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started. Each lamp is a one-of-a-kind handcrafted piece — that's what makes them so special! ✨

📸 Damaged or Defective Items

If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please don't worry — we've got you covered! 🤝

• 📧 Email us at resinartchin@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order
• 📷 Include clear photos of the damage or defect
• 📝 Share your order number and a brief description of the issue

We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund 💪

📦 Wrong Item Received?

Mistakes happen! If you receive the wrong item, reach out to us right away at resinartchin@outlook.com and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible. We'll cover any return shipping costs for our mistakes — that's only fair! 😊

💰 Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow a few extra days for your bank to process the transaction.

❌ Cancellations

Want to cancel your order? If we haven't started crafting your lamp yet, we're happy to issue a full refund! Just email us as soon as possible at resinartchin@outlook.com. Once production has begun, unfortunately we can't cancel — but we promise you'll love what you get! 🎉
