Terms of service

📜 Terms of Service

Welcome to Resin Art Chin! 🎉 By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms. Don't worry — we've kept it simple and friendly!

🛒 Orders & Products

  • All of our resin lamps are handcrafted and made to order in our workshop 🎨
  • Each piece features beautiful Japanese and Chinese-inspired designs ✨
  • Because they're handmade, slight variations in color, shape, and detail are normal and part of what makes each lamp unique!
  • Product photos are representative. Your lamp will be crafted individually, so it may have minor differences from the images shown — that's the beauty of handmade art! 💫

💳 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • We accept all major payment methods through Shopify's secure checkout
  • Prices may change without notice, but any order already placed will be honored at the original price

⏳ Production & Delivery

  • Please allow 3-6 weeks for production and delivery
  • Each lamp is crafted with care — good things take time! 🕐
  • We'll keep you updated on your order status via email

📦 Shipping & Customs

  • We ship worldwide! 🌍
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the buyer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
