Each of our pieces is lovingly handcrafted to order, which means they take a little time to create and deliver. Our current lead time is around 4–8 weeks from order to delivery, and up to 2 months as a precaution during busier periods. We know waiting isn’t always easy, but we promise it’s worth it — every lamp is made with real care so it arrives just right for you.
How do I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy! Simply head to 17track.net and pop in your tracking number — it’ll pull up all the latest updates for you in one place. If your link ever doesn’t work or something looks unclear, just reach out to us and we’ll gladly take a closer look and update you ourselves.
Is my tracking stuck?
Not at all, and please don’t worry! When your order is placed, a shipping label is created first on our end. This often shows up before the parcel physically moves, because your piece is still being handcrafted and prepared by our team before it’s handed over to the courier. Once it’s on its way, your tracking will begin updating with movement. So an early “label created” status is completely normal and expected.
Where is my confirmation?
No worries at all! First, please have a quick look in your spam or junk folder, as confirmation emails sometimes slip in there. If you still can’t find it, just reach out to us with your details and we’ll happily resend your confirmation right away so you’re all set.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course — we completely understand that plans can change! If your order hasn’t entered the crafting or shipping stage yet, just reach out to us as soon as you can and we’ll be happy to cancel it and arrange your refund. Once a piece is already being handcrafted or prepared for shipping, cancellation may not be possible, so the sooner you let us know, the better we can help.
Will it match the photos?
Because every single lamp is genuinely handmade to order, each one is beautifully unique. Our pieces come out approximately 90–95% similar to the reference images shown, with small natural variations that are part of the handcrafted process. So while it will closely match what you saw, no two are ever perfectly identical — and that’s exactly what makes your piece one of a kind.
Can I get a custom lamp?
We’re so flattered you’d like one! Unfortunately, we’re not able to take custom orders at the moment. That said, we’re always designing and adding brand-new pieces to our collection — so be sure to keep an eye on our website and socials, or sign up for our newsletter, so you’re the first to know when fresh designs drop. Your dream lamp might just appear!
